Our Workforce

We strive to improve and motivate our workforce through training and development programs. We comply with occupational health and safety standard laws and improving our workforce skills is an important attribute to our success.

The following are non-negotiable in our workforce management and welfare.

• Management training
• First Aid training
• Skills Development training
• Health & Safety training
• Forklift & Tractor Drivers licenses

The farm currently employs 40 permanent workers and 10 seasonal workers. During peak season, the workforce increases to approximately 200. At the farm outside Klawer, 10 workers are employed.

On‑site facilities include housing, clean bathrooms, and a kindergarten with aftercare services for workers’ children.

We are currently providing practical training to eight students from West Coast College as part of their 18‑month program to obtain agricultural qualifications.
